Our classes are faciliated on the premise of inclusivity, adaption and self care. Each class offers invitational language and adaptive principles to support you in your wellbeing. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Basic Flow: Move intentionally between poses, bringing awareness to the body, breath, and mind as you build endurance, mobility, and flexibility. Make the class more or less challenging by choosing how deeply you go into the position. This class is excellent for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Evening Flow: Clear mental fog to enjoy your evening. This class incorporates breathwork to bring wandering mind to the present moment and then flowing sequences for bringing balance into the body and then wind down to a deeper state of relaxation. Good for all levels and body types.
Gentle Yoga: Excellent for all types of bodies and levels. This inclusive, gentle approach focuses on medium to deep stretches and range of movement in order to improve mobility while practicing breath and mind awareness to promote stress management.
Maka's Flow Yoga: Join Maka for a yoga class that connects breathing with movement, challenging and strengthening your mind and body.
RestorativeYoga: Excellent for all types of bodies and levels.This class is restorative in nature; it focuses on holding poses for several minutes in restful positions to allow the muscles and fascia to relax and release.
Sunrise Yoga Flow: Experience the beauty of Friday morning sunrise with awakened senses. This class begins with mindful breathing exercise to connect with your awareness and then flows into yoga postures to mindfully stretch and strengthen the body. You leave this class refreshed, clear, energetic and more aware. Good for all levels and body types.
Therapeutic Morning Yoga flow: Sunday morning Healing time. This class is designed to heal your mind and body with breathing techniques and gentle body movements modified to individual needs. Very helpful for individuals suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, depression or other imbalances from movement patterns. Good for all body types and all levels.
